On 24 Th April I recharged my airtel mobile from a retailer.By mistake of both the retailer and myself one digit was wrongly entered and amount credit was given to that number.I registerd the complaints almost 5 times but Airtel does not give me any benifit.Moreover they told me on phone 91 9545010440 that if same mistake would have been comitted by their retailer then they would have given the benifit to him, but they cannot give the benifit to their customer i.e. me.I can send 2 e mails which I recd from them, however whatever details I conveyed them on their site are not retrievable.However I can give following details
My Mobile Number is 9730915346 Amount paid Rs 295 on 25/04/12 at 9.05 pm. from Aurangabad.Rs 295 Balance was credited to 97306 15349. I also requested them to contact this number and ask him to credit the same amount to my account which they can easily do but they are even not ready for that.
