I tried getting my Prepaid mobile recharged through inernet (Credit Card- Citi Bank) with the amount of 799. But my number did not get rechrged with the amount. Then i got my number rechrged through a local vendor.
Now my Credit Card Statement reflects that amount stating the said amount is been claimed by the Merchant (Reliance). But how can this be chrged to me if my number did not get recharged as i did not receive any recharge message on my mobile.
As per the reliance cusomer care, they cannot provide me the requisite information regarding my online recharge stating that turnaround time is Just 3 days.
This situation could be very common to people.
