    Dear Sir,

    I made an online purchase through timtara.com website for Philips Steam Iron (GC1621) Order ID: 10157189 on December 26 2011 for INR 1299/-. I would like to inform that the same has not been delivered to me even after 1 month waiting. During this period I made lots of calls and wrote lots of email but these guys responded very rarely and made fake assurance for delivering the product.
    After being tired I requested for refund on January 24, 2012 through email. They cancelled the order and assured to refund within 7 working days but till date I have not received my money.
    Please help me to get my money back from these fraud people and teach them lesson so other people are not harassed like me.

    This is to bring in your kind notice that I placed an order on 22-March 2012 on the online shopping site www.timtara.com .
    below are the details:
    Order: #10220450
    Item: 1 x Panasonic Viera 32'' LCD TV TH-L32X24D
    Price: 16500/-

    they said that it will take 10-15 days to get the product delivered.
    but its more that 13 days, and i have not received any update of the shipment.

    their online order tracking system says "Awaiting Shipment" , and this has not changed since last 10 days.

    I have tried continuously to contact customer care contact no: 033-40166500.
    but no one pick the phone. I have also dropped multiple email, but did not received any response.

    Finally , I have to search google about timtara.com's services, and found some very disappointing reviews and am very afraid about my money. I definitely am not looking to cancel my order, but neither wait indefinitely for the shipment.

    I understand that they still have time to ship the product, but they should at least pick up phone calls and reply back to emails. this is no good service where customer has no way to contact them back. please help how to deal with it.

    This message came to my mail id as soon as I had paid the money from netbanking. Now its been two months and not a message from this company also the phone number that they mention in their site is bogus. You can call the number a hundred times and you will receive it as busy number always. I have been trying to call since the last 10 days continuously and not able to get across even once.

    Request the authorities to shut down these kind of fraud companies.

    I have booked an order of Canon camera worth Rs 8000 and its around one month that I am waiting for the delivery of my product. Complaint several time on email but got no response and their sales executives have some reasons or other for not sending the product.

    Your working days are over 23 and till now i didn't get my product till your customer care is also not responding my calls properly so its better to CANCEL BOTH OF MY PRODUCT AND RETURN MY MONEY BACK.     I had place order for 2 mobile (Motorola Defy XT, Nokia C1-01) @ 27 June 2012 09:48:12 and at that time timtara.com committed to deliver with in 10 - 15 days.
    After order they commit to deliver product in 3 week (21 day). Now 3 weeks has been completed and they are not yet dispatch the product yet.
    Whenever I call to your customer care they always told me, after completion of 3 weeks they will take any complain before that no complain will be entertained and on mail no body reply me on time and nobody give the satisfactory answer....

    Always get a set reply from call center our representative will call you/send you a reply in 24 hrs but no reply or call I had received from timtara.com....

    They are totally fraud...

    Hi Sir/Madam,

    I would like to bring in your notice a problem i'm facing, I ordered Micromax Superfone Canvas A100 Mobile Phone(Canvas A100) (cost Rs. 10,999) on 6th Sept,2012 with order number 10321026 but I have not yet received the phone. Its almost 70 days now and I am really frustrated calling timtara helpline again and again. The customer care is very rude and completely helpless. I'v called timtara people almost 50 times but every time I was given false promises. I have even mailed many times but could never get a satisfactory reply.

    It was a very bad experience for me buying on timtara and i am literally harassed by timtara. I paid for the phone 70 days back but still not received it.

    On 2nd nov 2012 when I called timtara customer care, they told me that the phone is not in stock and I will have to choose another phone from the website. So, I changed my order with Micromax Canvas 2 A110 Mobile Phone (http://www.timtara.com/products/Micromax-Canvas-2-A110-Mobile-Phone.html) (cost Rs. 10,990). I had confirmed from timtara website and the customer care both that the product is "In Stock".

    Previous order :
    Micromax Superfone Canvas A100 Mobile Phone(Canvas A100)
    Cost: Rs. 10,999

    New Order :
    Micromax Canvas 2 A110 Mobile Phone
    Cost: Rs. 10,990

    Again, There was no response from the customer care. I called daily and they always promised i'll get a response in 24 hours. But the response never came.

    Then I contact Mr. Ritesh (Timtara Head Office) and called timtara regional and head offices. Mr. Ritesh promised me to dispatch the product within 24 hours. Now no one is picking my phone and I am really harrased and frustrated. I can even come take the phone from Timtara Noida office to avoid any further delays.

    There are thousands of customers like me. so please look into the matter. This is my last hope. I request you to please take action seriously and save me from this humiliation.

    I was order an mobile phone Micromax A110 from 3rd of Dec-2012, my order no. 10362832, I was raised ticket and complaint about my order, but hadn't got any update or update about my tickets or complaints, and when ever I called to customer care, they was told me that product will deliver with-in 3 week, nobody were informed to me and try to inform me from there end about my order, now after 3 week getting information, when I was called them, that product is out of stock, why its not informed to me after order ? or before 3 week time, its really fraud and cheat with clients, I paid interest to my credit card company only for this product, know I am getting this answer, kindly get resolve issue, either deliver to me the product with in 48 hours time or refund with compensation.
