This is just not expected from company like Tata which once was know for good product and services.
I have taken 6 months internet plan from tata photon in the month of May and in june i saw that its better i convert into unlimited plan as my usage was huge. so i called helpdesk asking to change my plan after completion of 6 months...but to my surprise they changed in the month of June and now they want me to pay for 6 months and again for this month...
so for using one month internet , i have been asked to pay for 6 months...this is not acceptable.. and when i called the nodal office, they are not ready to listen to anything..the issue is that there are two depts (billing and customer care) and there is no coordination between them and than there is no one who can take final decision.
