This is Devi Prasad Raiguru, doing management course in NIA pune. I was applying for Education Loan,for which i had called for the documents from Jharsuguda (which was posted through RMS- Speed post on 23/01/2012). When i tracked for the delivery on 1st february, it showed delivered in Pune on 27/01/2012. But, I have not received it till today and my loan process is still on hold. I have not submitted any of my college fees till now due to non-disbursement of Education Loan. I am suffering heavy Mental stress for the payment of fees and non-compliance of the college decorum. The mail is delayed by almost a month now. And now, i cant call for the documents through any courier services due to some other problems.
Hence,I want to file a case on this particular service of Indian Post in the Consumer forum. Below are the details of the missing Speed Post Document:
