The said article was not delivered booked from Darjiling Head P.O though repeated intimations were sent vide Email to spc.darjeeling@rediffmail.com. The Contact No.0354-2252076 is not working properly. A time span of 5 days is being covered but no existence of the letter traced Online ( www.indiapost.gov.in ) .
Please look into the matter as the letter is urgent & needs to be delivered within minimum possible time.
