    DEAR SIR / MAM

    MY NAME IS MOHAMMED IBRAHIM I HAVE TAKEN LOAN FROM HDFC BANK ALLMOST 2 YEARS .. I AM PAYING EMI OF 2522 EVERY MONTH.. DO TO SOME FINANCIAL ISSUE 2 MONTHS EMI IS PENDING.. I GOT A CALL FROM COLLECTION DEPT I REQUESTED THAT I WLL BE PAYING NEXT MONTH.. THE COLLECTION EXECUTIVE IS USING PROFANITIES ON CALL AND HE TROUBLING MY FAMILY... AND HE TELLING THAT HE WILL COME TO MY HOME AND TAKE THE THINGS FROM THE HOUSE.. I DON'T KNOW THE EXECUTIVE NAME BUT I CAN HELP YOU WITH THE CONTACT NUMBER OF THE COLLECTION EXECUTIVE (7760575604).. AND HE IS TELLING IF I GIVE COMPLAINT AGAINST HIM HE WILL BRING ROWDIES TO MY PLACE I REQUEST YOU TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM AND DO NEED FULL FOR ME..

    Simple lodge a police complaint. but before that take a phone that has voice recorder and start recording as soon as you pick up the call, that will act as an evidence.

    My name Sandeep Shinde I have saving A/c Customer ID:22946659 on 09th April,2011 I lost my ATM Debit card & on 10th April,2011 someone I done online transaction on early morning of 10th April,2011 around 3.50 am for amt Rs.6710/- I put complaint in bank through phone banking on same day but now after 15 days bank inform me that they will not reimburse me the amt what I lost during the lost of ATM debit card as in Debit card zero liability policy clear mention of refund of amt during the lost of debit card. So I request you kindly take the necessary action it.

    My name is A.Sivamani.“Deal with HDFC Bank and the Bank will lead you to Jail” is my experience. When I had surplus fund the HDFC Bank officials advised me to keep in fixed deposit with Sweep in facility. Impressed with the benefits, which assures in case of emergent need your cheque will be honored with interest of fixed deposit I placed Rs.30 lacs with clear instructions that such benefit should be attached to customer ID 5361307 and SB A/C No.04921000002526 and the FD was also acknowledged. After three months when I faced deficiency in my trading A/C with my Share Broker I issued a cheque for Rs.10 lacs the cheque was coolly returned stating that there is no sufficient fund in my Account. The Bank officials did not have the courtesy of informing through phone and they did not verify my sweep in facility A/C. When I got the message of dishonoring I tried to contact the bank officials. After lot of efforts I could make them to understood the point. Nearly after two hours of pursuation they simply said the sweep in facility is not linked to this Account though linked with the customer ID No.5361307. My understanding with the Broker saved me. With this horrible experience I closed my fixed deposit with the Bank and in the process of closing all my Savings Bank Accounts, Locker, HDFC Bank credit card and my investment in HDFC Standard life.

    My Name is Manoj Rawat and am having a Credit card from HDFC Bank No5289456002518012. I have been paying Bank charges from last 10 months. But from last two months i haven't been able to make payments due to certain problems. While from last 1 week have been receiving calls from recovery agency ( 01166046100,300,45800 & 30233414) the person on phone use to send executives without my intimation to my home and office. While today he abused me on phone while had confirmed him that ill make the charges for the same & Interest on the amount still he called me again and again. When i called up bank for the same they had the same reply saying that the banks billing department may have given the call and its my responsibility to make payments on time or theyll call me untill i make the full payment against my card. Is this the kind of services to there customer from whom they are generating huge interests.

    , Sanjay Aggarwal, am a Chartered accountant having office situated at Cannaught Place, Delhi. I Finalized a residential property in Rohini, Sector-16, Delhi for my own residence purpose in last week of January 2012. I wanted to raise a Housing loan of Rs. 25-30 Lacs from banking institution. And i approached HDFC Bank for the purpose.

    Mr. Shailesh, Mob No. 9990220969, from Munirka office approached in in the 2nd week of feb 2012 for the home loan. He collected all required papers from me from Pitampura. He assured me of getting Home loan of desired amount within a period of 10-15 days.

    But to my surprise, he never reverted back to me regarding status of home loan application.
    To the height of shame, he stopped picking my phone calls also.
    One day, after my discrete efforts, he told that Ms. Priyanka had been assigned the job and shall speak to me immediately.

    Again to my surprise, none contacted me till today.

    But it is again a matter of shame that, HDFC sends me regularly mails and i also receive calls from HDFC that i am not reachable and may contact HDFC.

    I replied to hdfc email with my full contact details, but again - no result.

    Now i wish to lodge a complaint against the wilfull mis-conducted and mis-behaving officials of your bank for not keeping me informed of requisite status.

    I requested Mr. Shailesh to return my papers so that i may approach some other bank, but again i am disappointed by the working of HDFC bank.
    I didnt get my file back, and also not reply from HDFC.

    I am not even aware that whether my case had been logged in by HDFC of not, and today more then 3 months have been passed.

    I wish you will take cognigence of my this grief and will punish the officer at default.

    Looking for prompt and justified solution to my complaint against Mr. Shailesh and other officers at defalut.

    i am mohammed zakir hussain qureshi from mehdipatnam, hyderabad, and one MR., NARSIMHA CHARY who is introduce himself as a executiv4e from HDFC , panjagutta branch, hyderabad and cheated me for the amounts of rupees 10000/- as commission for the perwsonal loan disbursement on 10% commission after disb ursement the full loan amounts the remaining amount of rupees 40000/- to be paid, but after 4 months he is always making fun and challenged me if i go to police complaint, i may face dire consecunsence ion this connection the concernm officer take sever action and do the need ful
