, Sanjay Aggarwal, am a Chartered accountant having office situated at Cannaught Place, Delhi. I Finalized a residential property in Rohini, Sector-16, Delhi for my own residence purpose in last week of January 2012. I wanted to raise a Housing loan of Rs. 25-30 Lacs from banking institution. And i approached HDFC Bank for the purpose.
Mr. Shailesh, Mob No. 9990220969, from Munirka office approached in in the 2nd week of feb 2012 for the home loan. He collected all required papers from me from Pitampura. He assured me of getting Home loan of desired amount within a period of 10-15 days.
But to my surprise, he never reverted back to me regarding status of home loan application.
To the height of shame, he stopped picking my phone calls also.
One day, after my discrete efforts, he told that Ms. Priyanka had been assigned the job and shall speak to me immediately.
Again to my surprise, none contacted me till today.
But it is again a matter of shame that, HDFC sends me regularly mails and i also receive calls from HDFC that i am not reachable and may contact HDFC.
I replied to hdfc email with my full contact details, but again - no result.
Now i wish to lodge a complaint against the wilfull mis-conducted and mis-behaving officials of your bank for not keeping me informed of requisite status.
I requested Mr. Shailesh to return my papers so that i may approach some other bank, but again i am disappointed by the working of HDFC bank.
I didnt get my file back, and also not reply from HDFC.
I am not even aware that whether my case had been logged in by HDFC of not, and today more then 3 months have been passed.
I wish you will take cognigence of my this grief and will punish the officer at default.
