    i purchased a watch in snapdeal on jan, after few days they sent me a mail as

    after few days i dint get my order, so i again checked in blue dart, but i didnt find my order, later i called two times so they responded ad follow:

    i purchased a phone from snapdeal but its faulty
    I calld customer care they said that it will be replaced by saturday but till now i havent got any support or replacment of phone.
    I spended my 2000 on this phone full of faults
    Plz help me to replace my phone.

    i am surya, i purchased Micromax modu X 60 for Rs.3800/- in snapdeal on oct 17yh 2012, but the mobile is not working. it did't on, we called to snap deal. the told us to sent the mobile in courier, we sent the mobile to snap deal, even to day i did not receive my mobile. please i want my money back.

    Hi,

    I was a regular snapdeal customer until last month...diwali week i ordered a bed sheet worth rs.800 and something...and when it was delivered i was out of station.On my return after 1 week, i opened the parcel and realized that the bed sheet was defective. The print was faded in patches... I complained and help desk said that since its more than 48 hrs they cannot replace the product. later on my continuous complaints...they asked for snaps...which i sent. and finally they didn't consider the complaint. In first place they should not have delivered a defective bed sheet. if it would have been only a matter of 1 small patch..i would have forgotten...but the whole bed sheet as well as the pillow cover is defective. I lost my money, faith and peace of mind. I am sure they make use of defective and discarded lot to sell online. Please don't trust snapdeal products. I had a bad experience. The service provided is pathetic. and Helpdesk is also of no use.

    --dissatisfied customer.
