The ordered item is still in Awaiting Shipment for 25 days and the horrible customer care number is never reachable nor they reply. I mailed them to cancel the order but they are not returning my money now.

My order number is 10209342# and my complaint is the same as the multiple complaints posted here. I had placed my order on the 7th of March 2012. The expected delivery time is 8 to 10 working days but I have not yet received the product (28th March 2012). The CC say that the order has been dispatched and is awiating shpment.
Now, when I contact them, they cut the line without listening to me.
This seems to be a fraudulent company and I suggest you stay away from it.

Sub: Refund of cancelled order
Dear Sir / Madam,
I have ordered one Philips MP3 Player Raga 4Gb with USB power adapter (black) and one I-care digital thermometer on 29th March, 2012. The same was cancelled by “Timtara” due to non-availability of stock. I was told that I will get refund of my money shortly. But despite hundreds of calls to your customer care, still I have not got my money back. Every time your Customer care executive gave different reply to me stating that they have forwarded my mail to senior executive on priority basis and you will get refund in 4-5 working days. Its been more than 2 months but I have not yet got my refund.
I have got your email id from timtara.com in which it has been mentioned that you are the Chief Customer Officer (CCO) who makes sure that service and quality promises are delivered. So even all the promises your company had given me are not yet fulfilled, I hope that you will solve my problems and give my money back ASAP. Further, I have also attached snapshot of my order page in which you can see order date and status of my order.
I have already sent this email to customerfirst@timtara.com and cco@timtara.com. – chief customer officer, BUT NO RESPONSE AND NO REFUND YET..........
Request you to please look into the matter and revert at the earliest.
