    I placed an order online for BRAUN Epilator Series 3-3170( Series 3-3170) on 10 December 2011.The delivery time has told 8-10 working days.I talked more then 10 times with customer care but i am not setisfied to their responce.I am still waiting for my product.

    This is sort of harassment ,they will not shipped it,as they got the amount prior..Pls register fraudulent and cheating case against the TIMTARA.COM.They never informed me over this delayed item ,I have to follow up.All supporting documents for further consideration.

    timtara is fraud site. i have also ordered microwave oven under order no. 10056084 on 25-10-2011. till now 28-12-2011 no shipment or compensation. totally fake site. give big offer to attract but no shipment. I am filling written consumer court case against timtara and encourage you to also file written case in court. tell me if any other strong action against timtara is possible.

    TIMATARA is this some kind of joke.

    They inflate the prices of their products and then offer discount codes to lure customers. I had placed an order with them and waited for 8 days for it to be dispatched.They had charged my CC even before they shipped it. After a lot of to and fro of emails they agreed to cancel my order and then did not issue a refund to my card. when i approched them on facebook ,nstead of admitting their mistake they stated that they are refunding my order due to a reason - suspicious transaction policy. I want to know if it was a suspicious transaction then why was my CC charged on 12th dec and i was made to wait for so many days..

    I had placed an order with them before as well using the same card.

    Please avoid using this website as they are not only liers but also scammers.

    USe better websites like http://www.flipkart.com or http://www.letsbuy.com

    DO NOT ORDER FROM TIMTARA EVEN IF THEY ARE GIVING SOMETHING FOR FREE

    Hi,

    I have also ordered the tablet PC for 14890 rupees on 31-dec-2011 still there is no response from them i have written a mail couple of times to cancel the order and refund the amount but they are not at all ready to refund the amount and if i call to customer care every-time they ask me to write a mail to customerfirst@timtara.com what is the use of writing a mail to them if they don't read the mails,

    No reply to mails either they are fraud i am planing to drag them to the Delhi court for closing the timtara online e-commerce shopping.

    Let us see what we can do to them for cheating people like this...

    I strongly recommend everyone not to buy any product from them coz they are fraud.

    I called and mail 10-15 timesbut every body respond as we will dispatch it on tuesday or friday then commented on mail by raja singh, you will get it within 48 hours. I am very frustated with these fallow and suggest to new customer "please don't purchase anything from timtara as it will cheat to you"

    I sent mail to all (cco@timtara.com,customerfirst@timtara.com,info@timtara.com,raja@timtara.com,abose@timtara.com) but nobody respond mail. Its totally harresment and fraud.

    I ordered a Philips Trimmer on the 24th of Dec '11. The product is still marked as "Awaiting Shipment".

    I call their customer care number ie 033-40166500 atleast a 100 times a day (literally)!! But it NEVER gets connected... In one whole month my call got connected only twice and first time the reply was "will be shipped within 2 days" and the second time it was "on Tuesday"... That Tuesday is yet to come!! Also, there is no response to the mails.

    Now I am compelled to believe that Timtara is a nothing but a FRAUD company and please DO NOT DEAL with Timtara!!

    I Ordered a Dell Vostro 1540 Ci3/ 4GB/ 500GB/Linux Laptop from TIMTARA on 27th of January and still i have not received the delivery. When i tracked that through the site of TIMTARA, it says that "Awaiting Shipment" (Order number 10201041) contacted TIMTARA, they are saying everyday that it will dispatch today or tomorrow.
    I am very disappointed by this on the part of TIMTARA and will definitely make no orders in Future from TIMTARA.
