SUB: NOTICE BEFORE FILING CONSUMER COMPLAINT
1) I have purchased a Sony Bravia LCD TV (32inches. Model No: KLV-32BX320 IN5, Serial N0. 7025513, date of purchase:02/05/2011, Invoice No: 151639898, order no. 2007016916 AMOUNT: Rs. 29900/- valid upto - june 2012)
2) Just after purchasing Sony Bravia LCD TV it was automatically getting restarted for every 3 hours, some time after an hour also.
3) Next day itself we have informed about this problem to E-zone Showroom (Jayanagar-Bangalore). They logged a complaint on the same to Sony India. After 2 days technician has checked all the settings. But I have been facing same problem over again and again. Even after multiple technicians visited the place the issues has not been resolved.
4) We made several complaints regarding this matter to Sony Delhi, E-Zone, Sony Service Centre but still we are not satisfied. I am irritated by their services and responses. Please sort out my problem early to earliest as possible. I have no option to solve my problem, unless to go to consumer court to file my problem.

6) I am Giving you a time limit of 3 to 5 days to settle our grievance by refunding the full amount or replacement of the product, else I will file a complaint with the Consumer Forum.
7) The consumer complaint will be at your cost and expenses.
