I was asked to submit my ID proofs in March, second day i went to reliance office in Krishna nagar delhi, and gave my Docs, then after few days i had message again, proofs not received, i again went to the office and submited the Docs., and for the third time, i had message proofs still not received.. I then went to the same office and gave my information on 14-04-11. And guess what for the 4th time it wa snot updated and then again i had to visit the same reliance office on 02-05-11, and told them i have given my Docs so kindly update them. one of the employee took bunch of paper and found my details , and then she said i wll scan this and send this to the concern person ANKUR....But then around 08-05-11 my phone was totally suspended, and because of that i had to bear monetary loss as well along with mental tension. no one can contact me, and i cannot call anyone.. i visited that ofice several times, but as of today thats of NO use. Even Reliance NODL office not able to deal with this.. they say the phone will be working in half an hour and i keep on waiting, but nothing hapens. no one want to work in reliance.

i am a sundirect dth customer. for the past one month there is no signal. i have made complaints to their customer care & local agency from whome i have got it. no action inspite of repeteadly calling them. i have subscribed for a year paid for add on channels for three months. i want my reembursement back. i dont understand why they r not responding . can anybody help. i am from chennai annanagar. my smartcard no is 41313905527.

i took reliance broadband connection in April but i did not get even 10KBPS ideally it should be upto 3.1mbps.i raised a complaint with customer care they asked me to wait for 1month, but it is of no use. i contacted Nodal officer no use now i have contacted appellate office still no use. all the highest authority are damn waste. First they asked to me wait til Aug 31th and now it changed to Oct 30th i am damn sure after that it will be extended to 31th dec.
Kindly help me. I want to proceed legally on reliance He is fooling people
Kindly help me to who to file a complaint in court.

Hi

I am Mathavan Natarajan, Chennai and i have purchased a Bata shoe through Bata Home online shopping portal of bata company by paying a sum of Rs.2699/- on 20.07.2011. I ordered for shoe of size 8 and whereas i received the wrong size shoe of 6. Immediately on the same day ie., 26.07.2011 i registered a complaint vide compalint number 2011 23709. And after making so many calls i finally received a resolution by email on 15.09.2011, asking me to get an exchange from a local bata show room. But they refused to accept it that this model is classified as A stock. (Outdated).

They told me to approach the customer care (Getting the customer care is another agony) and again i called them but till date i have not received any proper reply from them since the system is not having the July Complaints.

I don't know how to get the shoes replaced.
Help me to find a solution for this.

I am using Airtel with number 07389457602. This complaint is regarding the balance deduction from yesterday night (20/12/2011) for around Rs. 400, without any reason. I have not activated GPRS services from Airtel on my phone but when I am calling to customer care for the same complain, they are updating me with this reason which is not valid from my point of view as I have not activated GPRS or any other service on my airtel number, except HELLO TUNE and MISSED CALL ALERT. First they deducted Rs. 29 for activating GPRS and then deducted more than Rs. 300 in late night yesterday.

And when I have tried calling to customer care people for the same, they asked me to be on hold to transfer my call to senior executives and later disconnected my call everytime.

It will be great if you consider this complaint at urgent.

Mera name chandan gupta he mene postpade tata docomo ka 3g connection liya tha lekin uska proper network mere locality area me aata hi nahi 2month samthing use karne ke bad mene 3g service na milne par mene 3g sim tod di, aur kuchh dino tak bill ka wait kiya jab bill nahi aaya to me tata docomo bhopal ke office gaya aur bill nikal waya bill bahut jayada hone ke karan me us samay asmarth tha us bill ko paid karne me mene ek request ki aap ye serviice abhi to band karne ka application to lekar isko aesthai tor par band kar do taki bill na bade parantu inki galat niti ke karan bill badata raha jabki uska use us din ke bad hua hi nahi ab lagatar tata docomo se phone aata he mujhe pareshan karte he mene uska full paiment karne ka kaha ki kitna hua usme bhi us bill ko jama karne par uska settalent letter koi 1week kahta he aur koi 15days ka kah kar apna palla jhad rahe he ab aap hi abtai me kya karu.my mail id chandangupta.112@gmail.com

Sir,

My name is Bishan Singh and physically handicapped and I have been doing my soda shop near Chirangeev Hospital, Hailymandi Pataudi Gurgaon. I started my business on personal loan and there was sale of 300 Glasses per day or 1500Rs per day. But Mr. Anuj Goel, AMARNATH/JAGANNATH TRADER WN 5 P.O HAILYMANDI,GURGAON came to me and asked me to shift shop to his own shop and misrepresent/verbally guaranteed me that there would be sale of 1000 Glasses per day and sale will go upto 5000Rs per day. Here I was paying 2000Rs monthly rent and shop was fully furnished and well maintained. Mr Anuj said he will give me well furnished and well maintained shop. But he took one month advance rent and forced me to shift my shop in off season and shop was also not furnished and the rent is also not fair as per the location/condition of shop. Moreover I had to bear ultimate loss of business. The sale has come down upto 300 Rs per day which is not meeting my operating cost of machine. There was not any electricity fitting in shop which I had to get fitted in shop. More than 20000 Rs I have spent in re installing of machine in this shop. It has brought me by 50000 Rs sheer loss. I have said to Mr. Anuj Goel Amarnath/Jagannath Traders for reducing the rent for this shop as per location/condition and customer's response. I have come in sheer loss due to this misrepresentation because he is overcharging me with rent as his shop is not meeting the basic requirements. When I took this shop there was not electricity fitting which I had to install and cost me with extra 5000 Rs and then re installation cost upto 10000 Rs. He forced me to shift machine in off season and said that it will run in off season and more than 1000 Glasses will be sold out and sale will go upto 5000 Rs per day. Now I am bearing 10000 Rs loss every month and paying loan instalment 10000 Rs per month. It has financially devastated me and now I request forum to compensate my loss for this misrepresentation and false commitments. His shop condition is just like garage and has no cement coating on wall and not furnished. It has no shutter door. Moreover it has many holes in shop which is the safe gateway of Rats which has damage my machine of 200000 Rs. Rat has cut off my machine wires from inside and damage my automatic machines. Now Its not working properly. Please help me regarding it to reduce my rent up to 500 Rs per month to compensate my loss.
