They are to cover me for hospitalisation. Recently I had to be hospitalised for some acute prolem for about 6 days. When I intimated at the given number, I was given a claim number &amp; I was told that a claim form would be sent to me at my email address within 48 hours. But 10 days have passed &amp; form has not yet reached me. When a reminder was given, I was told that the FORM has already been mailed which is a WHITE LIE.</p> <p>Subsequent enquiries from similar Policy holders reaveled that this is an usual practice.</p> <p>Could any one suggest me any remedial measures against such cheating? </p>
