Its almost 14 days now that I have requested to re-install my Airtel DTH but no one came to my house to install it. I got couple of calls from some of your shameless people and they promised me that my issue will be resolved in 2 hrs - 3 hrs or 8 hrs but nothing happened till now. WILL YOU BOTHER TO INSTALL MY AIRTEL DTH or you want me to file a case against you.

			<description>&#60;p&#62;I ordered a micromax A116 through Mr. David Richards whose mobile no is-- +919582857305&#60;br /&#62;
He is the agent of www.21centurymobiles.uk.pn (free domain uk.pn  SCAM) in India.&#60;br /&#62;
He posted many advertisements on www.olx.in regarding sale of MICROMAX A116 canvas mobile which was priced at Rs. 7000 only.&#60;br /&#62;
He asked me to pay 50% of the amount before he ships the product and rest of the amount to the courier person during the time of delivery.&#60;br /&#62;
He gave me the following bank details to make the payment--&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Name-- Lalsang Liana&#60;br /&#62;
Acc no-- 20156322556&#60;br /&#62;
ifsc-- sbin0004809&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;After making the payment he asked me to send the reference id of payment to 21stctplc@gmail.com.&#60;br /&#62;
So i deposited Rs. 3500 to his account on 20/05/2013 and also sent the reference id to that email.&#60;br /&#62;
He said that the shipping will be done by quartz courier company and it's website is www.quartzc.cu.cc.&#60;br /&#62;
He provided me the following tracking id-- QC3455434.&#60;br /&#62;
It's a free domain (cu.cc) but is actually a scam.&#60;br /&#62;
On the next day he himself called as the agent of quartz courier named Mr. John Terry (mob no-- +917829099451) and said that he is on mumbai international airport and &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;i must pay Rs 5000 as custom clearence charges and Rs.13500 as anti-terrorist certificate fees..!&#60;br /&#62;
He gave me the following account details to make the payment for this custom clearence and anti-terrorist amount--&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Name-- Lalhming Thangi&#60;br /&#62;
Acc no-- 20156322567&#60;br /&#62;
ifsc-- sbin0004809&#60;br /&#62;

&#60;p&#62;I bought a 3G data plan in november last year and the sales person (sent by vodafone) told me that it is a unlimited plan. In fact the copy of application form given to me bears the name of plan as 650 Unlimited plan. A couple of months later, one day I was not able to connect internet. So, I called up Vodafone care and to my surprise, I was informed that my bill has exceeded my credit limit. My immediate reaction was, how can I exceed my credit limit using an unlimited plan? Then I was informed that its was not an unlimited connection and I need to pay the bill to restore the services to this number. And I was advised to visit Vodafone store for further communication in this regard.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;A couple of days later, I visited Vodafone store and shown the copy of form to Vodafone executives. On comparing my copy with the copy they had in their records, they found that plan on their form has been changed before submission. One can easily make out (even though it was a scanned copy), fluid has been used to overwrite the original entry on the form. Vodafone executives were very co-operative and told me that matter would get sorted out soon and dropped an email to vodafone corporate office. All the details including scanned copy of my form were attached in the mail. Since then, I have visited Vodafone store 2 times but nothing happened. Everytime I was told same thing - corporate office has not reverted back. And on both occasions Vodafone executive sent a reminder mail to their corporate office.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;All these days, collection agents of Vodafone have been coming to my place asking for payment.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;To add to my woes, last week services of my another vodafone number (I have been using this number since last 5 years) were barred due to pending payment of above discussed number. On calling Vodafone care, my services were restored temporarily, to be barred again after two days (i.e Sunday, 20th May). And surprisingly, no one in Vodafone has any answer, as to what happened to my requests. All I heard back is, &#34;Pay the bill if you want us to restore the services to this number&#34;. I felt as if I am being black mailed and held for ransom.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;All the relevant details of my new and old number are mentioned below:&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;New Number - 9654957904 (data plan number)&#60;br /&#62;
Old Number - 9999609433 (Services of this number have also been barred)&#60;br /&#62;
Amount due as per Vodafone - 4541 (original amount was Rs. 2972, no idea how it became 4541)&#60;/p&#62;

•	Mainly they target the Indian community by approaching innocent peoples and ladies in shopping mall and other places to collect the phone number to call and trap!!&#60;br /&#62;
•	Encashing the people belief, faith and sentiments by using dirty marketing tricks by offering free gift voucher like a hunter offering food grains to birds to catch them!!&#60;br /&#62;
•	Lie starts from first call itself saying that you‘d selected out of 10,000 people to collect the free gift voucher! In reality not selected out of 10,000 people!!&#60;br /&#62;
•	Gift voucher is not free as they said!! We require pay INR 5,000 – 15,000, in their words called as tax!! Not revealing this at any point of time until customer was trapped by them!!&#60;br /&#62;
•	During one hour gambling time, they never reveal their company terms and conditions openly , everything was kept under suspicious!!  Also not giving any chance to customer to think for a day, neither allow customer to check their low grade company profile!! , this is very important tactful point handled very carefully by trained staff!!&#60;br /&#62;
•	All false promise  made by staff  during one hour gambling time  not fulfilling  at  point of time , none of the staff not willing to provide their business card to any of the customer and not revealing the truth !  Trying to cheat as many people as possible!!&#60;br /&#62;
•	Trying to persuade the customer that life time membership special offer valid for only today by making some gimmick of discount offer!! This is really bullish!!!!&#60;br /&#62;
•	Country club group (INDIA, QATAR, DUBAI, ABU DHABI, OMAN &#38;amp; OTHER PLACES) cheated plenty of people!! JUST TYPE COUNTRY CLUB INDIA FRAUD &#38;amp; CHEATS IN GOOGLE!!!&#60;br /&#62;
•	Worst thing is that in case  due to some reason we don’t want to continue as a Country club member , MONEY IS  NON REFUNDABLE !!!!  What a wonderful policy!!!! This thing they never reveal to customer during membership enrolling time!!!&#60;br /&#62;
•	In case  we negotiated  for QR 15,000  (INR 225,000 ) later  will receive bill for  QR 20,000 (INR 300,000 )&#60;br /&#62;
•	Lots of complaint registered in consumer court in India and many other places, no action on them, continue to cheat innocent people leading dirty lavish life!! What a shameless personality!!  Really world most powerful fraud and cheating company is Country Club India Group!!&#60;br /&#62;
•	Most of the victims  not willing to lodge police complaint  or willing to go court , the reason that  time, further money loss in legal process will take very long time not less than  10 – 15 years to get a verdict , torture ect, Country Club India Group taking full advantage of this situation by search and continue to cheat new customers!!&#60;br /&#62;
•	 At least best way that all victim unite together come on the road to protest and register single police complaint to fight against this fraud &#38;amp;  cheating company&#60;br /&#62;
•	Join us the awareness campaign  to create awareness in as many people as  we know&#60;br /&#62;

			<description>&#60;p&#62;I have bought this mobile around 2years back,from very beginning there was touch problem ,when first time I went to nokia care they kept my handset for 7-8 days ,repaired and returned with assurance that it will not happen again.But again after few months its touch was not working and agin I had to rush to nokia care they repeated the process.In the mean time they suggested me to extend the warranty and I did that also.Presently my mobile is in warranty period.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;But touch failed again and again after every few months.In total I had to rush FIVE times to nokia care for the same touch problem.I was really disturbed each time as they keep handset for 7-8 days everytime and again the touch fails.It is headache for me to keep this phone.I have suffered a lot because of this phone.&#60;br /&#62;
I have submitted again my handset in the same nokia care for the same problem.But this time I don't want the repaired set.Either they should replace my mobile or return my whole money back with mental and physical stress I have suffered because of the handset.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;They have given me a DEFECTIVE set and are repairing and returning each time,as the same touch problem is occurring again and again in every 2-3 months and has happened FIVE-to-SIX times in less than 2 years.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Please help me they are telling me again it will not happen but I am sure it will happen after few month by seeing the last 5 to 6 times scenario.&#60;br /&#62;
Now they are repairing the set and returning as it is in warranty period but after few month its warranty is expiring and then they will charge for the same.I have become a victim by buying this Nokia c3-01 handset.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Requesting to get me out of it.&#60;br /&#62;

&#60;p&#62;Tuesday and wednesday 2 days only it worked fine, but from 3rd day (thurdsay) my phone have some network problem in mobile..sim is not working properly,,,&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;i am employee in a company i have on saturday sunday off in my company, so i went to Micromax service center on saturday 20th april only..midtime i my phone was switch off.&#60;br /&#62;
they sloved the problem on same day saturday 20th april,, but when i reached to my home...same problem happened again,,sim were not working again...&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;so i went to next saturday on 25th april to micromax service center this time the took my phone for 15 days...i asked them to replace my mobile but they told we can't replace it, we will change the part only from your mobile...now again today is saturday 18th may, when i reached to micromax services center they again asking for 15 days time more...they are giving reason that part is not available..&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;now you can see from 15th april to till 18th may, i could not use my mobile for more than 2 days...and micromax company is not replacing or change part of my mobile phone...&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;i posting this post here for awarenss against micromax company..&#60;br /&#62;
for micromax company also,,if they can replace my mobile phone..then it is good...otherwise i have to go to consumer court,,and i will file a case against them...&#60;/p&#62;

			<description>&#60;p&#62;I had purchased LCD TV of Sony Bravia (model no. KLV-22BX320, serial no- 7006770) for Rs 15000,  on 15-June-2011 and after 1.9 years of successfully running, the TV got problem all of a sudden. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;After Service Engineer's visit, they told to replace the  LCD TV  internal board and it will cost around 7500 Rs.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;If an LCD TV from a brand like Sony doesn’t work for even 2 years, on what basis should customers differentiate between Sony and other brands? It makes more sense to buy products from cheaper brands which cost far less, and unfortunately if there are problems, the board repairs are also going to be cheaper.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Even if Board is replaced, what if it stops working after a year? I believe Sony will come asking for more money to replace that as well. It therefore turns out to be a heavy investment buying a Sony product and investing on it year after year to keep it functional. And I have no reasons to believe that the replaced panel will work longer.&#60;br /&#62;
Feeling cheated that i invested so much money to buy a Sony product and got garbage. It would have been better if i bought cheap TV at least i would not have grudged the money for repairs.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Can Sony do something about it.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Can you reply is it possible, I will waist 7500 Rs. to replace the board or I purchase new cheaper LCD TV?&#60;br /&#62;
 I tell to everyone never buy Sony products.&#60;/p&#62;

4. They have same claim for M.P also.&#60;br /&#62;
5. They claim that they have speed post work, But they did not even know that India Post is the govt body and speed post is only a service. India post will do any agreement with any company..&#60;br /&#62;

			<description>&#60;p&#62;I had disconnected my airtel connection in the month of august'12 after paying all dues. November I got call from airtel stating I had unpaid September months bill. I was shocked to hear it. I told them to send me the bill to my email address.&#60;br /&#62;
They said ok and never sent it. On December I got mail stating a legal proceedings is underway for non-payment of bill.&#60;br /&#62;
After 4 months I got call from this number +919122836626 the person stated he is from delhi high court and a legal proceedings has been filed against me. I did not care at all and told the person to do whatever you want to do. I also read so many stories about this airtel people using scare tactics to recover unnecessary billed amount from innocent people.&#60;br /&#62;

Rs 248 is not a small amount that I give it to reliance just like that.&#60;br /&#62;
